Hi, I’m Julie!

Over the past 15 years, I’ve navigated my own career pivots, from being trained as a professional stage manager to marketing and events to learning & development, all within the context of hyper-growth start-up environments. Each transition taught me that our careers—and lives—are not linear.

At every turn, I’ve had to ask myself big questions: Who am I outside of what I do? What do I truly want? How do I get there? These questions have shaped my journey and inspire the work I do today.

As a certified professional coach, I specialize in helping people at career crossroads untangle fear, align their work with their values, and create transformational change. My approach is equal parts empathetic and action-oriented. I’ll be your confidant, collaborator, and accountability partner as we work together to build a career—and a life—that feels like you.
